A programme becomes a cohort product
Great teaching, no product.

01 — Problem
The course existed as a PDF and a personality. Enrolment depended on one person's calendar and there was nothing to sell between intakes.
02 — Beginning
We designed the intake before the curriculum, so demand had somewhere to land.
03 — Build
- —Cohort format with dates, price and outcomes stated plainly
- —An application and waiting-list flow
- —Course platform and materials
- —A content engine feeding the waiting list between cohorts
04 — Result
- —A product with a defined start, finish and price
- —A waiting list that exists between intakes
- —Teaching separated from admin
05 — Next steps
- —Alumni network
- —A second, advanced cohort
The next step
Book the beginning conversation.
Thirty minutes. We go through what you selected, what we would build first, and what it would take.
